Sunday, September 13, 2015 - Great wines, Andremily, Macdonald & Realm (Home): I know this is coming up soon, so I thought I should check in on it. Purple in color. The nose is amazing. A 100 point nose for sure. Enticing aromas of black raspberries, slight vanilla and spice, some roasted meats, black pepper and some anise. On the palate. Amazing texture. One of the smoothest wines I have had in a while despite its youth. Lush, but not over the top black raspberry fruit. Juicy acidity. Complex. Long finish. Gets better and better. Only issue was my wife LOVED it and drank it faster than I did. I will try to hold my other bottle as this will improve I think.
