Sunday, February 21, 2016 - Cant believe the fruit is still this bright 8 years after the vintage. I have never let these wines go beyond 8 years or so, but maybe I should try it. I was hoping for some secondary flavors to appear, but its still like a baby. Cant tell if thats good or bad.

I wouldn't be surprised if Kistler's Pinots are as long lived as some of the GC or at least PC burgundies... Very fresh and with sparkling acidity shining through the mature fruit from California.
