Thursday, April 7, 2016 - With a very short decant to tame the acidity a bit, this wine shines. For $15 you get a structured Bourdeaux, 50/50 cab-merlot blend, that complements hearty dishes very well. The cab comes through nicely when paired with red meats. Excellent QPR.
