Saturday, December 29, 2007 - Opened, poured, decanted rest. Smelled of earth, tobacco leaves, and dark fruit. Opened up as the evening wore on (couple hours). Color was dark, slightly purple, right up to the edges. Tasted of blackberries, herbs, and earth. Lots of structure still.
