Sunday, October 30, 2016 - Pinot Noir in its purest expression. Medium to light garnet. Red cherries, raspberries, green tea, violets, spices and stalky scents on the nose. Medium to light bodied and silky-textured with balancing acidity and a medium aftertaste. Pure and clean. So enjoyable in its simplicity.
