Saturday, January 14, 2017 - Beautiful showing for this wine. Lime, high toned honey, minerals, classic Riesling fruit, lowish acid, quite developed, wonderfull balance, Drinks very well now. Certainly outstanding with Thai Beef Salad.

1/14/2017 9:42:00 PM - I think it will improve, even though it is pretty forward and is already showing kerosine notes. There is still a lot acidity about - there is no sign of it falling over! I would probably err on the side of caution - maybe try one in 3 or 4 years...
