I'm thinking Burghound's drinking window of start in 2024 is probably good advice. The medium nose offers tart sour cherry and dried herbs. The palate is highly structured with big upfront acids and light-to-medium weight compact fruit. Clamps down in the finish. Only intellectual pleasure today. Will hold my remaining bottles for 5+ years.
