Saturday, February 11, 2017 - After a two-hour decant, this was tremendously expressive, with deep aromas of smoke, coffee grounds, pungent BBQ spices, and fresh flowers. Same level of depth on the palate, with its rich, smoky, and incredibly pure fruit with a sweet and spicy tingle on the long finish. Just a masterclass in what great syrah is all about.
