Saturday, March 18, 2017 - disg. 11/19/2007 - Mature Selosse is always a treat. This bottle is in the nice place now, with pinot flavours and a long finish. Strawberries, bread, honey, spicy... The acidity is surprisingly present for a old champagne by Selosse, what make this wine so special in the context of a full body champ. I recommend hold recent disgorgement rose Selosse if you wish to explore the real limit of this elixir. If you can find this champs, buy and start to dream!!! Drink now
