Friday, July 28, 2017 - Brown/gold color. Fantastic nose of yellow raisins baked in the sun. Quite intense and fairly sweet with flavors that cross somewhere between Madeira and Oloroso Sherry with a burnt quality. Fairly thick texture with a bit of a burn going down and lots of raisin spice and mineral complexity on the finish with a bit of a salty edge. Quite alluring and seems to want more time in the bottle. 94+

11/3/2019 9:20:00 PM - What would you pair this wine with? I have two bottles and I am unsure how to drink it. Should I use an old sherry glass, pork glass, or my universal wine glass? Thank you
