Saturday, September 2, 2017 - Medium transparent ruby all the way to the rim. Incredibly bright cherry and red currant with notes of lemon zest and white flowers. Incredibly taut, lemony acid suspends crisp red berry fruit. The tannin is very silky and delicate and mingles with abundant chalky minerals to delicately frame deliciously appetizing red forest berries and subtle chervil notes. Delicacy and finesse. Mouthwatering fruit lingers long on the long citrus, herb, red berry and mineral finish.
