Thursday, October 26, 2017 - All dark fruits and cedar upon opening. Tightly coiled and somewhat unyielding on day 1. As the days went by, this wine opened up and started to become more enjoyable. The sweetness of the oak become more prevalent and the wine took on a rounder, more supple quality. This wine needs a few years to come together, but if you open now give this several hours of air.
