Tuesday, January 2, 2018 - This is not ready just yet! It has potential to become a good juice. I think it needs 5 more years to start showing its stuff. Right now the nose is muted and it took one hour in my glass before I can smell some fruit and spices. Texture is good with slow developing legs in the glass. It's just a pup right now. If you must drink it now then wide decanter for 6 hours.
