Thursday, January 11, 2018 - Very pale, hints of green in glass but rich, mellow and resolved in mouth. Good acidity. Flinty but floral. No oxidation. Minerals and yet some tropical fruit. Very well-received by blind tasting group: either a Muscadet or Chablis, but all surprised it was 14 years old.
