Not very familiar with Chablis. Very impressive how fresh this is. No oxidation. Pale color. Nice minerality in the nose with apples. Nice acidity still with touch of stone fruit

Very pale, hints of green in glass but rich, mellow and resolved in mouth. Good acidity. Flinty but floral. No oxidation. Minerals and yet some tropical fruit. Very well-received by blind tasting group: either a Muscadet or Chablis, but all surprised it was 14 years old.

Opened another bottle after a badly corked one. Pale green mineral nose. The slightest hint of possible tca which affected the nose but not the palate. Linear and correct palate but lacked little excitement

Haven't had chablis in a long time now, the nose is quite floral, fresh, with yellow-green fruit. What is yellow-green fruit Nat asks? Yellow chinese pears (lei) and a tinge of green apples and lemon. Luscious on the nose, but delineated on the palate, before rich honeyed talcum notes at the end. A transition phase. This wine is reminiscent of leaves turning yellow at the start of autumn, before they start to fall.

pale green very bright. Expansive nose , rich, lanolin herbs but no heaviness. Powerful a lot of depth and minerality balancing richness. Fatter than expected even for a grand cru chablis. Still young.

Supremely youthful with all its fresh lemon and mineral attributes. There’s just a suggestion of gooseberry or something tropical but in the main it’s all oyster shell and citrus. It has good shape, a rapier spine and is long and extremely precise…terrific stuff!

GreenDrazi comes to NC! (Sullivan's- Raleigh, NC): Popped and poured. This wine exhibited a light straw yellow color with aromas of citrus and herbs. On the palate, citrus elements were supported with floral and mineral elements that were amplified when paired with oysters. Before the pairing, the wine seemed a bit boring, but the pairing definitely brought forth the potential of this Chablis. HS88

A touch of herbal notes on the nose but the palate is screaming lime and lemon. Background minerality. Somewhat choppy on the midpalate and finish, but still quite nice. Medium palate weight with some acid sticking out especially on the finish. Hey, it's young! Does not have the smooth elegant presentation of the 04 Fevres, though I did not have this exact bottling from 04.

K-B Spring ’07 Allocation Pick-up in Raleigh (Sullivan’s, Raleigh, NC): No decant. Light color and a floral and vivid nose. Intricate, sunny flavors of pear, a touch of butter and a light mineral quality that broadens on the mid-palate and continued to pick up weight the longer it was decanted. Needs time. This was much better with food.

Great acidity: more green apple with a hint of pineapple at the back end. Still going strong. Unfortunately, the last bottle.

Served a bit warm and tasted uneven. Not oxidized, just not put together.

Green with hint of gold. Ripe grassy nose bit of exotic fruit. Quite fat on the palate with ripe fruit. Not the cut or energy of previous bottles.

apple and sharply acidic fruit, great depth and complexity, vibrant, with savoury richness behind... needs many years but great potential. tip top

Julian's Chablis Offline: Less expressive nose. Slightly lactic. Again, decent grip but still quite subdued. Needs time. ***(*)
