Sunday, January 21, 2018 - Purple garnet, viscosity is medium plus. Nose of wet red forest floor dried blueberry, olive, black pepper, overripe blackberry, dried plum. Palate confirms the nose with some added white pepper, black olive and slight evidence of new oak. Acidity is medium plus, tannins are grippy in a good way.
