Monday, January 22, 2018 - Colour: very pale straw
Nose: lime, gooseberry, capsicum. Cut mint leaf. Tonic water. Hint of tropical fruit - starfruit?
Palate: fresh, lithe, with good fresh citrusy acidity, but not overbearing. Lime, pear, gooseberry. Cut mint leaf. Lithe, fresh, linear. Not overly complex, but very pleasant and drinkable. 12,5% alcohol. Half bottle (375mL).
