I almost always save these BDX for the weekend when I am home from work and can open them hours in advance of dinner. I don't have that time luxury during the work week or I'd be eating at 10 pm every night! Cheers!......Mark

5/27/2018 10:03:00 AM - Thanks Walker.....I have friends who open bottles hours ahead of time at home to air, even put into decanter then re-bottle and cork before heading out to a restaurant though I've never done it that way. Due to the unpredictability of some bottles fearing that once open they may need to be consumed fairly quickly before turning.
