Monday, July 30, 2018 - 3rd of 12. A very pleasant classic claret. Medium bodied, well balanced with black berry fruits and some tobacco. Dry finish. Not as complex as the 1996 but would probably have benefited from a longer decant. Good with steak. 4/5
