Saturday, September 8, 2018 - Dark red, black cherry, bit of aged red fruit, earth, vanilla in both nose and palate. Balanced, light sweetness in the fruit, moderate tannin showing up in finish, full body. Kept expecting it to evolve a bit but never did--that said quite enjoyable with brined/grilled pork chops from start to finish.
