Wednesday, January 30, 2019 - Popped and then let sit in the glass for 30 minutes. Dynamite nose! These No Girls wines are always loaded with anything and everything you want to smell. I could just swirl and sniff, swirl and sniff and be completely content. Soy, dried mushroom, blood, earth, iron, and even a touch of fruit. Unfortunately with this vintage (perfect growing conditions), the palate is just too loaded with everything and that detracts a bit from the experience. Give this wine another 5 years to settle and it's going to be spectacular. 93pts.
