Saturday, February 16, 2019 - Ripe nose with some spicy oak, black cherry, and a little forest floor action. Sweet, ripe fruit (almost a bit candied), but enough earthy elements to keep it interesting. Given the pedigree, I'm hoping this just needs to time to shed the fat. Hold.
