Ruby. Strawberries and cherries, against an earthy beetroot and mushroom background. Plenty acidity. Some sweet Pinosity. Quite refined but definite tannins. Decent length. Drinking well enough now but better to come.

Appearance: bright ruby with light red hues Nose: red fruits with some earthy notes Palate: needed some decanting before it opened up and became more balanced. Lots of red fruits , ripe raspberries with notes of sour cherries. Backed with some forest floor and oak

Decanted right from the winefridge for 30 min. drunk from Zalto Burgundy. Cool deep red, nose cherries almost amaretto liquor, taste lovely fruity, with a big load of cherries again, reminds me of Mencia from Bierzo or Ribeira Sacra and Vinos de Madrid of Grenache, light , elegant fruit , amazing.

Ripe nose with some spicy oak, black cherry, and a little forest floor action. Sweet, ripe fruit (almost a bit candied), but enough earthy elements to keep it interesting. Given the pedigree, I'm hoping this just needs to time to shed the fat. Hold.

Already a bit more closed and lean on opening than 3 months ago. Opens up after 15 minites though. Clean and pure. No heat. Ripe and vibrant nose. Good sweetness on the palate.

Very pure and clean nose of red berries, spice and some wood. Almost Gevrey in style, but more rustic. Quite tannic but it keeps the elegance and lightness. Very interesting and certainly very drinkable.
