Tuesday, February 19, 2019 - High End Châteauneuf-du-Pape Dinner, Part 2 (Wear House): Single blind in 2007 flight. Very ripe, very mature black fruit with subtle sweet spice. Good balance, moderate structure. Disappointing given its reputation. doubt there is any upside. Not even close to the quality level of the amazing 2003 in the previous flight.
