Friday, March 15, 2019 - Uncles Fine Wine Spring BYO (Home): Floral nose with some spices, cardboard and paper. A little soapy in the mouth. Full-bodied mousse but the fruit, which is mostly citrus, is perceived as slightly watery and thin. Young and fresh, will last.
