Monday, March 18, 2019 - Cederic Bouchard tasting with add-ons. (LystPå resturant Bodø): Sweet spice. Fresh with long bitter fruit/citrus. After some swirls in the glass and with the added air malt, yeast and brioche jumps at you from the glass.
