Tuesday, April 2, 2019 - My one and only of these guys. Fairly dense coloring here with ruby edges. Aromas of dark and dark red fruits, soil, mushrooms, tobacco, and graphite. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of dark and dark red fruits, lemon, and minerals. Not sure about its evolution, obvi, but it's drinking well now, and tannins are really just giving enough of a light grip to provide balance. I don't see a reason to hold any further.
