Friday, January 31, 2020 - Started out right from the bottle a bit closed and muted on the nose and palate. Grew during a couple of hours, but started to shine on day 2 after recorking and putting away 75% of the bottle in a cold room.

Fresh fruited nose, enticing and alluring with lots of floral notes as well as cherries and redcurrant. Palate has medium intensity with well integrated 2015-tannins. This one will benefit from 3-5 years of cellaring
