Saturday, February 1, 2020 - What happens to a modernist Barolo at age 30+? Lovely sweet fruit, reflects winemaker’s focus on ripeness and plush texture, but at the expense of the more mineral and earthy notes, and more assertive tannins, that mark more traditional winemaking.
