Sunday, March 22, 2020 - Not great, particularly on day one. Tanic, tobacco heavy notes.
Day 2. Significant improvement. Bouquet and initial strawberries on the tongue, excellent long finish.
Hoping this improves for the next bottle. Needs a minimum four hour decant
