Wednesday, April 22, 2020 - Decent wine with pineapple, green apple and pear on the nose. Bright acidity. Stone fruit and grassy notes on the palette with the apple and a medium finish. Used this to make Risotto to go along with a chicken cordon bleu dinner and paired nicely. Clean and crisp.
