Sunday, September 13, 2020 - It took a long time to open up in the decanter(3 hours), but once it did it just kept developing over the next 3 hours. Starting with great dark brambly fruit. The finish was the best watermelon flavor....it stayed in your mouth at least another 30 seconds after it was consumed. Who would have thought a 22 year old GSM would have this much flavor. Still thinking about this wine the next day.
