11/8/2020 12:01:00 PM - How long did you decant the wine? Did you feel the wine was extracted and concentrated? I’ve drank two bottle of this and to me the wine is fairy thing and one dimensional. Could have been bottle variation.

11/11/2020 1:50:00 PM - We did not decant the wine, we just opened it and let it sit for about 1 hour. I would definitely not call the wine thin, but it wasn't chewy either.

11/11/2020 1:55:00 PM - Chrisanderika Thanks for that. I guess looking back the Wine is like you described. Not thin but not chewy either. My last bottle I’m just going to PNP and see if it has more “stuff”. Sometimes giving a wine too much air doesn’t help it.
