Tuesday, December 8, 2020 - (XV: 2015 base, 10/19 dég., 1.8 gr/ltr dosage) This needs to be open for awhile to get going. Once it does the dominant Pinot becomes evident in the form of red fruit aromas. A bit of bakery smells are in there as well. Nothing I'd call spicy. Savory flavors with good acidity and no sweetness I could detect. As reliably fine as ever.
