Just a little more intensity and vibrancy. Universally, the Soave Classico version is going to be higher quality than the regular version. According to Gambero Rosso, the best vintages of Soave are 2015 and 2016, followed by 2017 and 2013. I haven't seen their rating for 2018 yet, but should be receiving their 2020 guide any day....

Many are 15%+ When I bought back in 2015-2016 I tried to get those that were still showing 13-14.5% and no higher. Actually not sure what the 2010 Valdicava is...
