Saturday, May 8, 2021 - Popped and poured at cellar temp. Lovely nose of dusty red cherries, tar and black pepper. Lovely dusty cherries and crisp acidity on the palate. Light texture with just a hint of tannins on the finish. A lovely, food friendly Gattinara.
