Saturday, May 8, 2021 - Lovely cabernet that is approachable now but has the stuff to go many years. PNP but consumed over two days. Dark violet in the glass with aromas of black fruit and toasted bread. Black fruits, cola, tobacco, graphite and vanilla flavors; medium mouthfeel that delivers a structured, refined and balanced texture. Silky smooth finish that lingers for thirty seconds. This is a beauty that is approachable now with air (an hour or two) but should age well in a proper cellar.
