Saturday, September 25, 2021 - A very tasty but simple wine. Paired very well with Chinese food.
The flavour is great - overripe pear with the residual sweetness, offset by petroleum and herbs. However, there’s just not enough acid, the aroma is really lacking and the finish is pretty short.
