Sunday, November 14, 2021 - Second Sunday Group: 1990 Burgundies (Neil's): Double blind. Ruby color with a light meniscus. Aromas of forest floor, red fruit and tobacco with a hint of something meaty/gamey in the background. Dark berry and cherry fruit on the palate with good acidity and a cherry finish. Elegant; bright. Opens in the glass and though it doesn't change, everything just becomes amplified and brighter. Gorgeous.
