Monday, November 22, 2021 - Difficult to give tasting note. This was fruity, fresh, well balanced. Quite delicate with nice complexity.
From the cork disgorged spring 2020. Though sold ready to drink they improve with bottle age. As a rule of thumb aim to keep at least a couple of years after purchase.
