Saturday, December 25, 2021 - This is not the best vintage I’ve tasted. However, typical Bevan Chardonnay was still there. The honey scent was my favorite part of his Chardonnay. There is no need of any residue sugar. The magic of fermentation already built a great depth of this wine.
