Monday, January 17, 2022 - Only decanting was to filter out sediment. This bottle was about as good as it’s going to get. Not a lot of tannins left, but still identifiable blackberry and cherry on the palate. Some tobacco on the nose. I will drink my last bottle within the next 2 years.
