Thursday, March 3, 2022 - This has improved considerably since my last tasting. Some barnyard on the nose when I opened the bottle and poured a glass but it dissipated to the background with air, making room for soft red fruits and spices. Gentle and quite silky on the palette, nice cherry fruit and just enough acidity to give it uplift and freshness. Soft tannins. Perhaps I would like a bit more complexity and some more depth in the mid palette and aftertaste but this is very enjoyable and I would buy again without a doubt.
