Saturday, July 16, 2022 - Purchased the wine directly from the Chateau back in 2010 and have cellared it properly in the interim. The wine is tannic upon opening but settles down with time. Overall, an enjoyable wine, but I don't think it has peaked yet as there was not much in terms of secondary characteristics. If you have multiple bottles, you won't commit infanticide if you try one now. I will wait at least 3 more years before popping open another bottle.
