Saturday, August 27, 2022 - Dark burgundy color with a ruby rim. Notes of woodsy, wild plum, sauvage, leading to deep cherry liqueur. Closed palate initially. Shallow plum notes develop over time on the palate, concluding with a fleeting finish. Though this appears and smells young at this point, it lacks the stuffing to evolve to a better state.
