Saturday, August 27, 2022 - Better bottle than last time…or my palate is inconsistent :). Decanted for 2 hours at cellar temp. Served with grilled salmon, corn on the cob. Multi layered with Asian spice, earth and red fruits on nose and palate . Long finish!
