Monday, August 29, 2022 - Another vintage of classic aged Chablis from this house, more expected in this vintage than what they miraculously did with the hot vintage ‘05s. While their ‘05s softened considerably with time, this has retained laser (almost searing) acidity. Acid freaks (like me) can revel in this on its own or enjoy it with everything from oysters to creamy chicken, pork or seafood dishes. Cheers! 90+
