Friday, September 2, 2022 - WIMPS Champagne and Chardonnay Offline (La Trompette): My first time having Dompers this old.
I thought it was gorgeous but can see how some thought this was edging over the hill.
Really rich caramel, mushroom and nut but a good cut of acidity to make this feel balanced. A treat to try this
