Thursday, September 8, 2022 - Nose of brambly blackberry, smoky campfire, and hints of hard candy. Powerful rush of complex black raspberry layers with tart cherry notes, fresh herbs, light pepper, and lively acidity. Chewy finish bring oak, fat tannins, black fruits, earthiness, and another round of acidity. Well put together. Old school but polished.
