Thursday, September 15, 2022 - An easy going surprisingly and pleasantly soft brut nature produced from a blend of 40% Xarello, 20% Macabeu and 20% Parellada. Straw yellow colour, fine mousse. Delicate aroma of toast, nuts, dried apricots, hints of brioche. Palate is dry but not sharp or steely, feels soft and fresh with brioche and dried stone fruit flavours, nutty touches at the finish.
